Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture (if you sign in with Google). This information is necessary to provide you with our services.
Uploaded Images
We temporarily store images you upload for processing. Original images are used only to generate new backgrounds and are automatically deleted after processing unless you choose to save them.
Generated Content
Images generated through our service are stored in your account history until you delete them or your account is closed.
Usage Data
We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our service, including feature usage patterns, error logs, and performance metrics.
How We Use Your Information
Service Delivery
Your information is used to provide, maintain, and improve Pikki services, including processing your images and managing your account.
Communication
We may send you service-related emails about your account, updates to our terms, or important security notices. You can opt out of marketing communications.
No AI Training
We do NOT use your uploaded images or generated content to train AI models. Your images remain yours and are processed only to fulfill your requests.
Data Storage & Security
Secure Storage
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
Data Location
Our servers are located in secure data centers. We ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
Access Controls
Only authorized personnel have access to user data, and all access is logged and monitored.
Data Retention & Deletion
Retention Period
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated images are kept in your history until you delete them.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion at any time through Settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data and generated images will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Automatic Cleanup
Temporary processing files are automatically deleted within 24 hours of generation completion.
